Xiaomi Eco-System Products Survey – Terms & Conditions

Xiaomi Ecosystem Products Survey and Smart Home Products Giveaway (“Promotional Offer”).

By entering in this Promotional Offer, you agree to the terms and conditions below:

1. Definitions:
   1. Eligible Survey Response means a valid survey response submitted through an online form pursuant to clauses 9-11.
   2. Eligible Survey Respondent means any individual who has submitted an Eligible Survey Response
   3. Prize means one (1) Xiaomi Air Purifier 2H, (1) Xiaomi Smart Home Starter Pack, (1) Viomi V2 Vacuum Cleaner, (1) Viomi Smart Kettle with a recommended retail price of AUD $1,148.85 (incl GST) altogether.
   4. Promotional Offer Period means the period commencing 02:00pm (AEST) on 03 February 2021 and closing at 11:59pm (AEST) on 05 February 2021.
   5. Prize Draw Date means the 09/02/2021
   6. Runner-up Winner means a subsequent winner of the Prize if the original Winner does not comply with the terms of this Promotional Offer.
   7. Winner means the Eligible Survey Respondent, whose name is drawn on the Prize Draw Date.
2. This Promotional Offer is provided by Panmi Pty Ltd (ACN 623 111 820) (hereafter “Panmi”) of 174 Broadway, Chippendale, NSW 2008. You can contact Panmi by:
   1. Email: support@panmi.com.au.
3. You are eligible to enter into this Promotional Offer by submitting an Eligible Survey Response. You accept and agree to these terms and conditions should you decide to enter in this Promotional Offer.
4. By entering in this Promotional Offer, you warrant that you have done so entirely at your personal will, and that all information provided is true and correct.
5. This Promotional Offer applies to all Eligible Survey Responses made during the Promotional Offer Period.
6. Entry into this Promotional Offer is free.
7. You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of submitting an Eligible Survey Response to enter into this Promotional Offer. Business customers and employees of Panmi, the Participating Retailers and their related bodies corporate) are ineligible for this Promotional Offer.
8. This Promotional Offer is only available to you as the Eligible Survey Respondent and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person. It cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other products.
9. The Prize will be awarded to Winner who submits a valid Eligible Survey Response in accordance with these terms.
10. On the Prize Draw Date, one Winner will be drawn, and the Winner will be publicly announced on the Facebook post.
11. Upon drawing of the name of the Winner and the public announcement, the Winner must:
    1. Contact Panmi to confirm that they are an Eligible Survey Respondent; and
    2. Confirm their delivery address for receipt of the Prize.
12. Should the Winner fail to comply with the requirements set out under clause 11, then Panmi will draw another name to determine a Runner-up Winner.
13. The Winner should allow up to thirty (30) days for the delivery of the Prize from the date you receive notification from Panmi that it has received and accepted your Eligible Claim.
14. To the full extent permitted by law, you accept that Panmi is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, or in connection with this Promotion Offer or your use of the Prize.
15. Panmi will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Prize within 30 days from the Prize Draw Date.
16. The Prize will be delivered to mailing address submitted at the time of submitting an Eligible Claim.
17. The Prize will be delivered by a courier partner of Panmi’s choosing and must be signed for at time of delivery.
18. A parcel collection card will be left at the Eligible Claimant’s delivery address if no one is present at the time of attempted delivery. The Prize will then be delivered to a local depot for your collection.
19. You permit Panmi to use and disclose your personal information for the purposes of conducting this Promotional Offer, supplying the Prize, and future promotional events.
20. Panmi reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotional Offer at any time.
